Terms

These terms govern use of the biglogistics.eu website and the purchase of the BIGlogistics platform by businesses and professionals. By using the site or subscribing to the service, you accept these terms.

Last updated: 12 October 2026Document under final review. It may change before final publication.

1. Who provides the service

The service is provided by [denominação social a confirmar], tax number [NIF a confirmar], registered at [morada da sede a confirmar] (hereinafter "BIGlogistics" or "we"). Contact: contact@biglogistics.eu · +351 920 229 122.

The service is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not intended for consumers.

2. What the service is

BIGlogistics is a multi-carrier logistics management platform for online sellers. Among the features described on the site, it lets you: connect carrier contracts (BIGhub's, the customer's own, or both), automatically choose the carrier per shipment, issue labels and follow tracking, reconcile freight invoices, manage returns and integrate stores and marketplaces.

Features may evolve. We may improve, change or withdraw features, giving reasonable notice when the change matters to existing customers.

3. Plans, prices and billing

Current plans and prices are on the Pricing page. The cost is made up of a fixed monthly plan fee, which includes a volume of labels per month (500 on Starter, 1,500 on Growth and unlimited on Scale), and a fee for each label above that volume (€0.09 on Starter and €0.07 on Growth). Prices exclude VAT, which is added at the applicable legal rate.

There are no minimum volumes or lock-in periods. Billing is monthly and covers the monthly fee and the additional labels issued in the period. Payment is due within the terms shown on the invoice. Freight costs charged by carriers are owed to the carriers or to BIGhub under the applicable contracts and are not included in the platform prices.

We may change prices going forward, giving at least 30 days' notice. If you disagree, you may cancel before the change takes effect.

4. Account and customer obligations

The customer undertakes to:

  • provide accurate, up-to-date information and keep access credentials secret;
  • use the platform in line with the law and these terms, with no unlawful purpose and no attempt to disrupt it or access third-party data;
  • declare the contents, dimensions and weight of shipments correctly, and not ship goods prohibited by carriers or by law;
  • hold the necessary rights over the data it uploads to the platform, including its own customers' data, and inform them as the law requires.

We may suspend access in case of serious breach, abusive use or security risk, giving notice whenever possible.

5. Carriers and partners

Shipments are carried by the carriers, not by BIGlogistics. The carriage relationship is governed by each carrier's contracts and conditions, including delivery times, coverage, compensation for loss or damage and claims. BIGlogistics connects the customer to the carriers and automates selection and label issuing, but does not guarantee delivery times or answer for carriage services.

Carrier names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to indicate the available integrations. The availability of each integration may vary.

6. Availability and support

We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. There may be interruptions for maintenance or because of third-party failures, such as carriers, infrastructure providers or marketplaces. Support is provided by email and phone, through the channels shown on the site, during business hours.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, the site, the BIGlogistics and BIGhub trademarks, the texts, images and code belong to BIGlogistics or BIGhub, or are licensed to them. The customer receives only a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the duration of the contract. The data the customer uploads remains the customer's.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BIGlogistics' liability to the customer is limited to direct damages and, in any 12-month period, to the amount the customer paid for the service in that period. BIGlogistics is not liable for lost profits, for data loss not attributable to it, or for delays, loss or damage to shipments, which are the carriers' responsibility under their contracts.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any other liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

9. Term and termination

The contract starts when the plan is activated and runs for an indefinite period, renewing monthly. The customer may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may end the contract on 30 days' notice, or immediately in case of serious breach. After termination, the customer can export its data for 30 days; after that we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.

10. Changes, governing law and jurisdiction

We may update these terms. We will notify customers at least 30 days in advance when a change materially affects them; the date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. For any dispute, the courts of [comarca a confirmar] have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory rules that apply. Questions: contact@biglogistics.eu.
