What is BIGlogistics?
It is a logistics management platform, not just a comparison tool: it brings all of a seller's carriers into one dashboard, picks the best option shipment by shipment, automates labels and tracking, and verifies every carrier invoice.
Do I need my own carrier contracts?
No. You can use the contracts negotiated by BIGhub (you pay the postage plus the label cost, with no negotiation of your own), upload your own contracts, or have both in the same account. The algorithm always picks the most advantageous option.
Which carriers and countries are covered?
Portugal and Spain with direct integration (CTT Expresso, DPD, GLS, Nacex, Chronopost, SEUR, Correos Express, MRW, Tipsa and others), France and Germany, and the rest of Europe through a multi-carrier aggregator.
How does the algorithm choose the carrier?
For each shipment, it evaluates cost, lead time and coverage for the destination and the characteristics of the parcel, and selects the most advantageous option among all contracts linked to the account. It chooses case by case, not an average across carriers.
Are there minimum volumes or lock-in periods?
No. BIGlogistics works with no mandatory volumes and no lock-in periods.
How is the service billed?
With a fixed monthly subscription that includes the plan's labels, across three plans (Starter, Growth and Scale). Only labels above the included volume are charged separately, at the plan's per-label cost. Prices exclude VAT and additional labels are billed according to the monthly volume actually processed.
