Can I use my own contracts?
Yes. You can upload your own carrier contracts to the platform and the algorithm starts considering them in the selection of each shipment, together with BIGhub contracts if you wish.
Do I need a separate dashboard per carrier?
No. All carriers sit in the same dashboard and our own connector layer normalises labels, tracking and rate cards, so the workflow is the same whichever carrier you use.
What if my carrier is not on the list?
